What to have ready
- Social Security Number: required for your student record.
- Third-party educational financing, if applicable: have the complete loan documentation showing approval and your acceptance. Pending applications, prequalifications, proposed offers and anticipated amounts cannot be applied toward tuition.
- Enrollment payment: Depending on your tuition payment arrangement, an enrollment payment may be required. Approved and accepted third-party educational financing may reduce or eliminate the enrollment payment required at registration. You do not need to make a payment before starting this form. We will first help you determine your payment arrangement and any amount due, then provide payment instructions. You can save your progress, make your payment, and return. UMI accepts check, Zelle from a participating bank account, ACH, and wire transfer.
- Co-signer information, if required: name, SSN, DOB, address, phone, email and relationship. The app will tell you when a co-signer is required.
- Completed Enrollment Agreement: the complete, fully executed agreement emailed after UMI approval and signature.
- Recent profile photo: a clear photo for student identification.
